Scancell Ltd is a company focused on the discovery and development of products that harness the immune system in a unique way to treat or prevent cancer. The candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team of scientists actively involved in the development of our patent protected ImmunoBody™ technology with generation of improved and new DNA cancer vaccines for Scancell’s pipeline.
Each candidate, with a Ph.D. or equivalent experience, will have Immunological skills including immunisation, Elispot, CTL lysis and an excellent grasp of standard molecular biology techniques. Previous experience in cell culture, transfection, ELISA, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry is desirable but not essential. Applicants should have the ability to work as a member of a team, possess excellent communication and reporting skills and should be keen to acquire new techniques and experience as required by the business.
