The company has an authorised share capital of 20,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each, of which 15,926,659 shares are issued, called up and fully paid.

Pursuant to the License and Supply Agreement (‘the Agreement’) dated 13 July 2009,the Company has granted options over 796,246 ordinary shares to ICHOR at 45p per share, the price of the latest fundraising round.

The Company has granted the following options to Directors of the Company.

In addition to the above, the Company has granted options over 64,296 shares of the Company to various other persons at exercise prices between 25p and 312½p.

Restrictions on the transfer of securities:

At Admission, the Directors were interested in 2,943,165 Ordinary Shares which together represent 18.48%. of the Issued Share Capital. The Directors have each undertaken that, save in limited circumstances or otherwise with the prior written consent of the Nominated Adviser they will not during a period of twelve months from the date of Admission, dispose of any interest in Ordinary Shares held by them.
